RECHARGE your mind, body, spirit at a weekend yoga & nature retreat, just outside of Salt Lake City. You will be able to experience various yoga movement and breath practices, meditation, energy work, mantra, yoga nidra, sound healing, and ayurvedic practices. Experiencing nature is also a wonderful way to recharge, reset, and rejuvenate your entire being. You might opt to hike, enjoy the river, hang out by the campfire, or create your own personal retreat. We will offer seva (service) opportunities to assist in the kitchen. RECHARGE will be limited to 15 participants.
