rewilding #24 slow & steady

Sometimes we are jumping across boulders and prancing in the river. Sometimes we are walking slowly over slippery rocks with our eyes on our feet. I’m in the slow & steady category right now.  

I love the word REWILDING and have seen a sign ‘Almost Wild’ on my bike rides the last few days. It makes me smile and imagine myself desperately trying to pry my mind cage open. Going to keep prying…slow & steady.
