Before moving to Colorado in 2024, Mary owned and operated a yoga and massage studio in Kansas for almost a decade. She changed the name to Yoga of Kindness in honor of her mother "Sweet Mama" who transitioned in 2019. Mary is currently a Licensed Massage Therapist here in Colorado, and uses an integrated approach to bodywork, combining deep relaxing techniques with deep tissue massage when appropriate. This combination can help relieve pain, improve mobility, and support recovery from injury, while restoring harmony, balance, and energetic flow. Mary believes in creating a safe, compassionate space where people can heal, release, and move forward with greater health, vitality, and the capacity to engage fully in their lives. She enjoys hiking, biking, rock climbing, and exploring all the beauty that Colorado has to offer!
