Mantra in the Mountains is a retreat we have envisioned as a redirection; transporting us to the grounding energy of the mountains for connection with self & spirit. During the Retreat, we will align ourselves with the rhythms of nature as well as become quiet enough to hear our own internal rhythms. We will encourage you to use your voice in a new way; exploring the depth of your own expression. As you descend from this transcended space, it is our hope that you take these pearls of wisdom and sing them into the world—within and beyond!
Facilitators:
Ashley Cain & Amrutaa Hara (Mary)
Ashley Cain is a mother, a yoga & ayurvedic practitioner, energy worker, singer & writer. As her practice has deepened, so has her awareness of sound & vibration; rediscovering the importance of intentionally using our precious life force through this instrument of the body.
Amrutaa & Ashley have owned/operated yoga studios, and have been blessed with opportunities to study in India. They offer deep gratitude to their teachers for opening their hearts to these practices.
Amrutaa Hara will be a lifelong student of yoga, mantra, and Sanskrit. Formerly a professional musician, she finds joy integrating her passion for music with the ancient wisdom of texts, seers, and philosophers of India. She values both the inner journey as well as the outer expression offered through mantra yoga.
This is a primitive camping experience!
Please plan to bring the necessary camping gear & food to create a positive experience for you. If you are newer to camping, please reach out with any questions! We will provide more information about exact location; Retreat schedule; arrival/departure, upon registration or by request. Ashley & Amrutaa will offer online gatherings before the Retreat to help us prepare, and to bring our energy together.
